About Bomb Squad Racing
The Bomb Squad was founded in 1998 as an ATV freestyle team by racer and video producer Wes Miller. The team performed shows all over the world and was featured in Wes’s, H-Bomb Films, “Huevos” video series.
The Bomb Squad freestyle team gained global popularity by performing in hundreds of shows including Travis Pastrana’s Nitro Circus, The Crusty Tour, and Nuclear Cowboyz. Some of the riders even competed and medaled in the ESPN Winter X Games.
At the same time, Wes competed in the SCORE Off-Road Series and other major races such as the ESPN Great Outdoor Games, WPSA, AMA ATVMX, Best In the Desert, AMA NHHA, Finke Desert Race, under the Bomb Squad Racing banner. Miller started racing UTV’s in the mid-2000s and along with Bomb Squad racer, Dana Creech was one of the pioneers of the sport.
In 2015, Wes started racing Polaris RZR’s with factory support and in 2017 became a full factory driver. Bomb Squad Racing is currently one of the premier UTV race teams in the desert with wins in numerous SCORE races such as the Baja 400 and Baja 1000, as well as, the Best In The Desert’s Vegas to Reno.
